Happy July 4th!

Good Morning and to all my pals in the USA, HAPPY JULY 4th!  I only made one card, so here 'tis. I have added some lovely cards on the Cards by Friends page, so I hope you take time to look and  enjoy some inspiration by clicking on the links under each photo.

- Red paper is some old specialty paper from the stash. The swirl design of the paper shows on the right side by the white star. It's shiny & looks like it has waves in it if the light hits it in a certain way. Blue paper is textured Bazzill...also VOS.

- Paper Trey Ink die cut the swirl shapes.

- Gina Marie dies cut the stars, and a GM 4th of July stamp set was used for the sentiment.

- red, white & blue stars from stash as well.

Ya'll have a wonderful day, and if you celebrate, be careful if you're handling any fireworks. And Stay Cool. It was 96F here yesterday evening at 7:30pm.

Thanks for visiting, and come again when you have time. Blessings and Hugs.

  1. What a fun card with all those patriotic colors and stars! Wishing you a fun July 4th as well, but it's hard to enjoy the great outdoors in this incredible heat and humidity! Whew!

  3. Great card....but then all your cards are lovely!!! Stay cool...uge 96 is toooooo hot for me. Wish it would just stay in the 70's or low 80's. Was going to cook on the grill, husband said "too hot" to grill....too hot to cook inside too, guess we'll snack all day and make cards in the cool basement.

  17. Such a fun and festive card Momma Mary! I am loving that red paper and I bet the "waves" show up really good in person. Love those fancy looking stars along with the puffy looking ones in the middle. The wave where the sentiment is looks great, making me think of the flag waving. Another hot one today and then we are supposed to cool off for tomorrow. Cloudy though! Hugs, Brenda
