Birthday Day Yellow Daisies

Good afternoon. It's mid-week and hope that so far, yours has been good.

Today's card:


- Hero Arts image stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa, colored with copics; WoStella on the leaves and some of the wreath greenery. Die cut with the Lil Inker circle stax. Popped up on dimensional tape.

- S/B Card Creator Diamond Effects for the green layer. Used the metal shim with this die & it cut very well. No hard places to have to fiddle out.

- Patterned yellow DP was sponged with DI Scattered Straw to create more of a contrast between the green DP.

- MS punched butterfly from a snippet of overspray paper, green rhinestones for body.

- Elizabeth Craft sentiment die.

Pretty easy card, but I think it looks quite cheery & happy with the sunny colors. Hope the recipient (a VIP ) will think so too!

    Hi, sweetie! Sorry I haven't been around for a while - my daughter is moving to Ireland in 10 days and you would not believe the amount of STUFF she has to get rid of!! We are nearly finished packing, thank goodness!

    Indeed, it is very cheery and happy. The wreath is so pretty and I really like that Spellbinder die for your green paper. The card is gorgeous, Mary.

    It has rained and gone into the high 60's here for the next couple of days. Yuck!

    I can tell you since this beautiful card came to my house for my birthday that it is much prettier in real life!!! I think it looks stunning here in the photo, but when you see it in real life you realize just how amazing it really it! I love that daisy wreath, so gorgeous and I love how you colored the flowers Momma Mary. I also love the wink of stella on the leaves, so pretty!! That lattice die cut background is awesome, I love yellow and green and this card is just so cheery and happy feeling. And then there is that cute, cute butter fly with the bling-this winged beautiful finishes off this card so nicely! Oh yes, this gal loves this card!! Thank you for sending this beautiful to me Momma Mary!!! Hugs

    This is very pretty Mary. love the circlet of flowers that you've coloured so perfectly. must get some of the wink of stella stuff. Have found an English site that stocks it. On the other hand I mught just go and nick some off of Miss. Bet she has some in her drawers of goodies!!! Hugs Mrs A.

    Spectacular. I love the polka dot paper and the lattice. That shade of green looks great with the yellow. I've never seen that die for happy birthday before and I love it.
