- a UFO that's been hanging around for a while. Of course you'll recognize the PB Hedgie that is one of my fav PB images. He's always such fun to color..Matted Hedgie with the same S/B label die (?Label 4?) that cut the image out originally. Traced around the outer edges of the same size die, then hand cut to get a scant mat. I always cut out the inside with one of the smaller dies in the set. This saves on layering weight when mailing, plus a little snippet for future use.
- White card base, added some striped washi on the side and some butterfly washi at the bottom.
- a Zig watercolored butterfly from the Altenew Wild Hibiscus metallic embossing images sent to me by a sweet friend. A very easy card to put together...dunno why it took me so long!

ReplyDeleteA lovely PB image Mary and beautifully coloured, and the die cut mats are a shape which I haven't come across before so a bit different I love the pretty washi tape down the side and the butterfly one which ties in perfectly with the added one which is a gorgeous colour and complements the colour of the flower pot and also one of the washi tape butterflies so it all works together so well. I love the soft colouring of the image mat too. x

ReplyDeleteI really like your snippet idea too. If I need a matching color for the same card I will often cut or punch out of one of my layers, but I don't do it just because.... Consider me a convert.
