Fall

Welcome, and here's a card share this morning. This is a Cornish Heritage Farms stamp called Fall Cleanup, that I've had for a while. (This company went out of business, but I think there is another company that bought the name). So if you like this stamp, it may still be available through this newer business. You could google the CHF as I know there is a website with digi images and I believe they sell rubber stamps as well. OK, on to the card. Used copics on a snippet of white Copic Xpress paper to stamp the image, also used a brown multiliner to do the tines of the rake. Diecut with S/B Label 7, sponged with Memento Desert Sand. The sentiment is from a Just Rite set, stamped on another snippet, punched out with an EK Success punch. The top green paper strip - another snippet - was embossed with a Sizzix small border EF, with leaves, (which I have covered up with the main focal point!), then I smudged Memento Pear Tart over the raised surface. Looked nice until I adhered the basket of leaves! Not good planning....The orange piece at the bottom was yet another snippet which just fit nicely in the space, embossed with a Sizzix border of punkins, also smudged with Memento Canteloupe. The reddish center paper was embossed with the old C/B dots folder, and I used either an EK Success (or maybe an SU?) border punch on each side. Oh yes, Another SNIPPET! Sometimes having a pile of mess on your desk can be helpful...IF you remember what is in the pile!!! Have a wonderful day. I'm off to my Thursday stamping group...at least for a good ole chin-wag, which is what we do best! Hugs, and Autumn Blessings to you. I love to have you visit.

  2. I love your card, and the colouring is great, I cannot get my Alcohol pens to be as smooth as this. Do you use a blending pen, mine runs all over the place, but I did not know about Copic paper. xxx
