No glossy accents added to the balloons on this card. The highlights are all created by Moi. No glare in the photo either. The tiny corner hearts are the cutouts from the border - this was an easy- peasy card to finish. I did add some Nuvo drops to the eyes, by placing a drop of the Nuvo on a scrap, then getting a bit on a straight pin and touching the eyeball. It added some spark to the eyes IRL. I always smile at this little Ellie. Hope you like it, and it makes you smile too.
