Happy Little Stampers May 2015 CAS #2

Hello...Gosh I seem to be on a roll this week, after being so lazy the last few weeks. At least I am managing to clean up some UFO-s that have been hanging around.

Here's my 2nd card for the Happy Little Stampers May 2015 CAS Challenge. Let's get to it:


- MBox Tulip Bouquet die used for the die part of the challenge. The background behind is watercolor paper, using Koi watercolors. After cutting the die from the white c/s the frame of the die cut piece was colored with a red Pentel Slicci pen for the flower part, and green on the leaves and stems. Replaced a couple of the die bits on the leaves as those areas had not gotten filled in on the w/c paper. The other leaves just show the watercolor background.

- added a few clear rhinestones. I never really know how to properly place these things...just know that it's best to use odd numbers.  The top layer was raised up by using white fun foam per Jennifer McGuire's technique.

    I love these MB Tulips Mary and you have coloured them so beautifully. I love the randomly placed rhinestones too. A really pretty CAS card. x

    Yup, to add the rhinestones with a random yet organized feel is harder for me too than what it looks like. A great way to use this flower die too!
