Birthday

Happy Saturday and welcome. For a change of pace here is one of my cards, rather than a class sample. This very simple card was made with an Inkadinkadoo stamp. Used Momento Rich Cocoa to stamp, so it didn't need much coloring. I did a bit of shading on the antlers, die cut with a S/Binder oval, matted with the scalloped oval. I think I used the regular oval to cut the image, but perhaps got the petite scallop oval for the mat. I think it looks ok anyway. For the cardbase, used some kraft cardstock, embossed with the SU Holiday Frame EF. Smudged the raised design with DI Antique Linen and Tea Dye. The sentiment was stamped and then diecut with a new Impression Obsession die, #DIE011-J. There are 4 little differently shaped dies on this set. Then I embossed it with the Twiggs EF, sponged the edges. The pearls were colored with various shades of E copic browns to get the color I wanted here. They started out as plain white pearls. Hope you will enjoy this one. I expect you'll see me using this SU EF again, as I really like it. Thanks for visiting. See you again soon.
